ForMaster’s is a Cleveland, Ohio-based roll forming manufacturer with over 25 years of experience serving the Tool & Die and OEM industries. We specialize in custom roll forming, metal fabrication, and in-house tooling, supporting customers across the automotive, shelving, construction, appliance, technology, and heavy machinery sectors.
From design through full-scale production, our Mentor, Ohio manufacturing facility delivers a complete, vertically integrated process. We manufacture precision metal components in a wide range of shapes and sizes, with all tooling produced in-house using state-of-the-art waterjet cutting, CNC machining centers, wire EDM machines, and an on-site heat-treating furnace.
Our engineering team utilizes the latest CAD/CAM software, and all metal forming products are manufactured under an ISO 9001:2008 certified quality system. To ensure consistent accuracy and quality, ForMaster’s uses a Zeiss Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) for advanced inspection and testing, guaranteeing precision in every part we produce.

Stamping Lines
ForMaster’s employs several stamping lines with our newly refinished roll forming machines. Each line is meticulously disassembled, cleaned, painted, and put back together to operate at a high-efficiency rate.
Our stamping lines are capable of stamping up to 80 parts per minute. With several lines running continuously, we are able to produce quantities unmatched in the industry. Each line is thoroughly maintained by skilled technicians. We take pride in a safe and clean working environment.
