ForMasters offers a full line of stamping services from simple blanks requiring single hit dies to complex parts requiring multistation progressive dies. In addition, we manufacture parts that require multiple hits in separate dies. Capacity to 250 tons.

ForMasters' stamping processes are driven by the latest computer-controlled feeders and press controls that ensure consistent, conforming parts over short to long run production batches. Prototype parts undergo exhaustive layout inspection, while first parts from each and every run face scrutiny to assure conformance to print. During production, quality of parts is assured through in-process and final inspection according to ISO 9001:2000 standards. SPC is available at your request.

ForMasters produces parts from your dies or we can build dies to your specifications. In addition, ForMasters engineers dies that produce parts to suit your specific needs. With our large, in-house tooling department, featuring state of the art CNC machines, ForMasters keeps lead times and down time to a minimum, ensuring a timely response to your requirements.

ForMasters also offers secondary operations, such as passivation, welding, tumbling, plating, and paint and powder coating, to take your parts to any stage of completion.
